I. The monthly meeting was called to order via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. by Chair Melvin Philpot.

II. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance was not called to order.

Financial report was given by Michael Simmons, CFO for the Orlando, and Sanford Housing Authorities.

The Onyx magazine will be recognizing Chair Philpot for the Men of Honor Award September 9, 2023. The Orlando Housing Authority and Sanford Housing Authority will purchase two (2) tables.
