I. The monthly meeting was called to order at 10:08 a.m. by Vice Chair Dan Ping.

II. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - February 9th, 2023

A motion was made by Commissioner Alvin Moore, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, that the board approve the February 9th, 2023 minutes of the Board of Commissioner's meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows:

V. FINANCIAL REPORT
Financial report was given by Michael Simmons, CFO for the Orlando, and Sanford Housing Authorities.

VI. RESOLUTIONS - Approval of Resolution 2023-1 Authorizing the acceptance of a Letter of Intent presented by The City of Sanford for the purchase of William Clark Court.

A motion was made by Commissioner Alvin Moore, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, that the board approve Resolution 2023-1. The Commissioners voted as follow:

Resolution 2023-2: Authorizing the Approval of the Submission of The Moving to Work Amendment to Annual Contributions Contract (the MTW ACC Amendment) and Authorizing the President/CEO of The Housing Authority to Execute Any Documents Required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to Execute the MTW ACC Amendment.

A motion was made by Commissioner Alvin Moore, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy,

and carried, that the board approve Resolution 2023-2. The Commissioners voted as follow:

1. The Management Report was given and thoroughly discussed by Ayub Fleming.
   
   
2. Ms. Rhae Parks with EJP Consulting Group discussed the Sanford Housing Authority (SHA) and the Choice Neighborhood Initiatives Implementation Grant Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) that may be announced in fall 2023.
